River Discharge: 18,000 cfs. Water Temp 44 degrees.

River Condition: 10 foot visibility with glacial tinge.

Hatches: Blue-wing olives, Little blue quills, March Browns, large black carpenter ants, some caddis starting.

Effective Patterns: All diptera stages, Parachute adams, wooly bugger-sculpin-kokanee patterns, prince nymph

Guide Report: Local Lakes are fishing well. RIver is just above a mid-range flow with good dry fly fishing in the afternoons. Tributaries are coming into shape earlier than usual.
